Murray

A drawing I did during this year's Figure Drawing Marathon at ocad. There is another one coming up in the new year. I'll post for details when they come up. enjoy!
(sorry for the low quality)

I like drawing cars

This is how I start drawing my cars.

some designs

more cars, but a bit stylized.. I usually don't ever draw cars like this but it's fun sometimes.

flying lincolns and more

these are some sketches that I did a while ago. Just scanned them now though. I've always thought of flying cars. I dream about them.

Constance Lake

We've come back from another trip to Constance Lake. It's a Native reserve that our church has been visiting for the past seven years. Every year we go, it touches me a little closer to the heart because of the friendships that have been built. We only stayed for a mere eight days with the community but the warmth and care given by the people of the community to us made it seem like we've always been there. I can't wait to go back.

This picture was taken at Constance Lake last week.

Thank you all so much for your support!

Monday's event was overwhelming and brought a very warm feeling in my heart. The weather was good and the company was even better. It truly was so nice to have everyone join me as I showcased a humble beginning. I should have had more complimentary beer, wine and food but who knew I would have needed that much? But next time, I'll be ready for it!

Your support and friendship only pushes me to create better art for the future.

I don't know what else to say but Thank You and Bless you!

Yours Truly

a good start

a good start to a drawing is with the whole thing in mind. a good drawing is a good idea thought through and drawn through. a good story told with just the right choice of words in a good tone in the right order. a good story never loses it's focus. everything has purpose, everything helps everything else in telling the story, so stay focused and stay on track.
