11th Annual OCAD Figure Show

There is going to be a figure art show held at OCAD (Ontario College of Art & Design, 100 McCaul St.)
from April 1st - 10th 2008. The opening reception will be on April 2nd which is the Wednesday from
5 - 7 pm. If you will be in the downtown area during those times, please join me as a few of my drawings
will be exhibited.

Another Drawing Marathon at OCAD

Late Notice,

But the posters only went up yesterday for the
next drawing marathon. It's on March 1st and 2nd.

On the 4th floor of the main OCAD building at
100 McCaul St. On Sat, Mar 1st, it starts at 9 am
and goes until 6 pm and on Sun, the 2nd, it runs
from noon until 10 pm. The cost is $25 for the
first day and $30 for the second day.

A bit steep but if you say you are students I'm
sure they'll give you a $5 discount.

And there are two rooms, one with short and one
with long poses. Hope to see you there!

Constance Lake

We've come back from another trip to Constance Lake. It's a Native reserve that our church has been visiting for the past seven years. Every year we go, it touches me a little closer to the heart because of the friendships that have been built. We only stayed for a mere eight days with the community but the warmth and care given by the people of the community to us made it seem like we've always been there. I can't wait to go back.
