Incase if you are wondering its me James. Just got a chance to check out the page, and its looking good. I was digging about at the list of artist you like, Winslow Homer and JS Sargent are awesome painters! Actually, they are all really good, but I especially like Homer and Sargent's works.
I've been looking around on google for those artists as well and I must say they are all very inspirational. First, they can all draw exceptionally well, and on top of that they are great painters.
I don't mean to be so unfocussed... but in addition to life drawing, this makes me wish there were painting classes offered as part of our curriculum (I find it very odd that there is no "colour" class when the final product of animation often involves creating mood, atmosphere and believavility with colour, lighting, and shading).
